“All About Coffee” is one of the classic books on coffee.
William H. Ukers is the author, and the second edition of this tome was published in 1935. It is still known as the bible for the coffee trade, and is available overseas as a clothbound book through a couple of places like Sweetmarias , but because it’s a 818 page, 2kg book, it’s not a cheap item to bring to Australia.
It’s a very comprehensive tome, and despite it’s age, it is surprisingly up to date in many of the basic areas.

So if you are interested in broadening your understanding of our favourite topic, but don’t want to spend a fortune, a (big) pdf version of the book is available (possible because of the book’s age), and we have that file here.

Be aware that the file is 70Mb in size. To download it, click on the link below and save it to your computer.
It’s not the same as holding the real thing in your hands, but it’s still fun and informative to ‘flip’ through the file.
