As mentioned in the previous article, we are looking at a pile of good Central/South American beans arriving at the moment
And so this month we offer two of them with more to follow:
Guatemala Organic La Quebrada
No detailed tasting notes, but warmly recommended by our wholesaler’s taster/buyer as standing out amongst the number of Guats to arrive recently.
El Salvador SHG Santa Elena Estate
“…excellent with very good depth of flavour, fine acidity and balance. I believe to be the best quality we have sourced from this origin.”
