Honduran organic ‘La Labor’
A gourmet coffee produced by small farmers at more than 1200 metres above sea level. All coffee is shade grown with such varieties as catuai, typica and bourbon the most popular. Cherries are processed in one mill that has Organic Certification. Famous for producing very small quantities with distinctive cup character, predominantly caramel and chocolately flavours.
It is a lovely, soft, sweet cup that has you coming back for more.
In milk, little is lost, and the sweetness is enhanced even more. Makes a lovely dessert coffee.
